Need HELP!!Please

I dezactivate my hi5 account and now I want to reactivate,but he doesn't work.

He said these when I try to log in:

"You are not allowed to access this page."'

Please help me!!!

I'm sorry to hear this is happening, but you'll need to report the accounts to Hi5. (Here's how.)

maybe your hi5 account has been banned,
sometime the admin will ban account without callaway razr irons warning,
