I did "report" the page but have heard nothing back as of today"
My son is only just going to be 3. This is insane that I have heard NOTHING from them.

I'm so sorry that happened (but not surprised, unfortunately). Please let us know how the legal case goes, OK? There are lots of people in a similar situation and I'm sure they'd find it helpful.

I wanted to say thank you for all your help! They did remove the profile. She has since (within a day) made yet another one. This point I have contacted an attorney. Thank you again for all you have done!

OK, let's take the next step: Send me the URLs that contain your son's pictures and/or profile to my attention at admin@connectsafely.org. Include a few details about what is happening and when you initially reported the problems. I'll forward your message to our contact at FB (unfortunately I can't guarantee we'll hear back because we're not part of the company).

yes.. I did try that. They have sent me no response at all. Their "help"pages are actually very difficult to navigate. Thank you again for your help. As I have always said I can provide copies of any documentation they may require. Im just disgusted as to how hard it is to get someone there.

Did you report the photo(s) via this form? http://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=unauthorized_photo_underage If not, do so now and give them at least 5 days to respond. Its both. She had someone get pics and I have since set everything to only me and told my other sons to do the same with pics of little man. They STILL have not responded to me! It just says "you have already reported this page"..
