Hi lolabianca, You'll need to contact Hi5 about deleting your original account. The customer service email is help@hi5.com. (Expect to wait at least a week to hear back - as you can imagine, Hi5 gets lots of reports and must investigate each one.)

Please help me.
Several years ago I made an account on hi5 and I forgot the email address which I made, then I made another account that I have yet. I want the account to be deleted because I picture him since he was smaller and no longer want to see someone. Please tell me how can I remove it or give me a place where I could write more details to removed my first hi5 profile

Hi everyone, You'll need to contact Hi5 to report the fake profile before we can refer your message to our contact there. (Here are the instructions for reporting a profile to Hi5.) Expect to hear back from Hi5 within about a week - if you don't, let us know. (But we still can't guarantee we'll hear back because we don't work for them.) Next she and friend will Attempt Search Information me. Before she is abuse there are used the pictures of other persons , she copy foto Me. and friend post dispraise me, Not only , It's foto me, foto Resume( Etc. name, tel., ) . I thinks her save Information in computer to can not delete. This is Problem for me well. Now I Thank you most. I will not to forgot Obligation you. |

If you’ve already submitted a report (and it’s been at least a week), let us know and we’ll forward your message to our contact (we need you to go through the proper channels first).
