Class-action against sites harboring impostors

I've been looking around the forum and I see myspace impostors creating a lot of problems.

I too, am a victim of one and currently talking to a lawyer about finding and serving him.

Problem is, according to computer techs, it's hard to prove guilt.

Maybe I can convince my lawyer to start a class-action lawsuit against sites like myspace, craigslist, etc. who let it too easy for impostors to cause damage to our lives.

Feedback please.

Threeunder, pls see this thread for an attempt at a response to your question about a lawsuit, which was raised there too. Feel free to respond either place. Thanks,

Welcome, ThreeUnder. I'm sorry to hear about what you're going through. Tell us a little more - for instance, did you submit a report to MySpace at imposterreport@myspace.com with the URL of the imposter page and a salute? (For people who don't know, a salute is an image of yourself holding a handwritten sign with the word "MySpace.com" and your Friend ID. Your Friend ID number appears immediately after "friendID=" in the web address/URL when viewing your profile.)
