With the growing trends in technology, it's not a surprise if the bullying techniques of kids nowadays have elevated to cyber bullying. There are indeed unfortunate cases where some teens who have been cyber bullied ended up taking their own lives for the miseries the bullying has caused them. Before this happens to our own kids, I agree that it is important to be aware of the red flags indicating that our kids are also victims of this type of bullying and do all means to support them in dealing with this type of problem.. And finally finding the right help once we know that they're deeply troubled by this experience. We as parents should be the first people that they can open up to, so it would be good to always make our kids feel that they can come to us whenever they have problems.

Cyber bullying is a contentious issue in recent years since the fast development of Internet. To protect my child from possibly being bullied, I use parental control software called any parental control at http://any-parental-control.com/

I agree that cyber bullying is a huge issues, but i really don't think that it stems form electronic gaming. Cyber bullying surely ins't just about the medium and opportunity, and stem in the Bullies mind. If we concentrate on that and work on educating young people, rather then punishing, they might be less inclined to get into that position in the first place. You could always try organisations like Social Media Education Group/a> to help educate parents and families in order to educate the younger population

Internet harassment should be taken seriously.I feel it is treated like a legal invasion on your home, because it's happening in your home. I think parents should apporach the appropriate authorities and present their problem. So that the authorities can track the IP, get a warrant, and search the home.

Indeed, cyber bullying can occur via a variety of different technologies, and can be particularly distressing because victims feel the bullies have access to them at all times. They become more active online and through social media Web sites and channels, it is no surprise that bullying is emerging.Targets are faced with threats and intimidation in emails and instant messages, but it is not only fear that the cyber bully can instill over the web.

Victims should report instances of cyber bullying to mobile phone companies and internet service providers who can trace bullies. Save and print each and every mean thing they send as an evidence for future usage.

Sometimes residential boarding schools is an option for those troubled teens who are engaging in to cyber bully. They need more structure and support than they are getting in their present environment, a place that will foster social and emotional growth.

I think you are right. I had never thought about it. Electronic games can limit a child's ability of thinking. And cyber bullying is also harmful for growing children. But don't usually don't care about these problems.

Toys greatly affect children especially those who are in their early stage of growth and development. Most children have different perception and understanding when it comes to playtime. Some children tend to easily lose their interests while others can be so intrusive that they can easily damage or destroy their toys without even knowing why. Some parents have the misconception of providing electronic video games to young kids thinking it will provide them with amusement and leisure. But apart from this, electronic toys can limit or hold back a child' s ability to think beyond the rules of these electronic devices.
